Dr. Michael A. Brown Sr. is an accomplished public speaker.  Specializing in military public affairs, public relations, strategic communications, and social media, he is a fully qualified PR professional.  He earned a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Urban Policy, International Business, from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va.  An assistant professor with University of Maryland University College, he is a 24-year Air Force veteran who has been PR consulting since 2000.
